Ok so for about 2 or 3 months now my sims 4 dashboard has been broken and with that I can't place items in build mode. I have tried fixing my mods folder and re-download the newer download mods but nothing has worked. I have the better exceptions mod downloaded and it seems it's not able to pick up on the bug. Although basegame works fine.
No live mode, the entire panel has disappered. There is no build/buy mode either. The only controls that show up are gallery, camera, notifications, and options menu but I can't actually click on ANY of them and have to go to task manager to exit the game. I also can't click on anything in the game (no 'go here' or 'cook' etc) but my sims are

1) Open cheat console. 2) "testingcheats on" then enter. 3) "bb.showhiddenobjects" then enter. 4) "bb.showliveeditobjects" then enter. 5) Search for "debug". And still none of the new debug items are showing up. The normal hidden objects do, but not the new ones. I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:
