Hi! I have learned that sound quality doesn't change from one daw to another. But i tested that Adobe Audition has a low quality than FL Studio; i tried different settings, but at the end (using the same vocals recorded clips) the song sound better in FL Studio than in Audition (as in the project as the mixdown).

Jul 16, 2019 · Early digital audio systems used 8 bits, which progressed to 12 bits. CDs use 16-bit resolution, and “high-resolution” audio uses 24-bit resolution. Although a 24-bit file requires 50% more storage than a 16-bit file at the same sample rate, most recording engineers agree that 24-bit recording gives higher sound quality than 16-bit recording.

Jun 14, 2021 · In digital production, all it takes is a couple of clicks to apply an audio effect to a sound signal. In the majority of DAW's, you need to choose the audio part you want to manipulate, click on edit, add the desired audio effect, and finally adjust the output quality. After reading this now, you must be eager to know these audio effects.
Audio Compression Explained. The audio compressor effect is usually the most misunderstood effect in audio production. Today, in most major DAWs, you have the ability to easily insert a compressor plugin to each and every track in your track arrangement. However, back in the days before digital DAWs, compressors were actual hardware module boxes.
Try a few stages of compression or saturation on the master to help get more loudness. I usually use an EQ, Soft Clipper (just past peaking), limiter with a maximizer to squish the signal down more, saturation to bring things up a little, and Loudness Meter. I can go into more detail on why this chain if you want.
The theory behind audio interfaces is that they recreate the original audio waveform that is analog, with zeros and ones. The more they can process per second, the higher the quality of the audio will be, because it will employ more zeros and more ones closer together to make a better recreation.
First, let’s look at how you can recreate in a software DAW the way saturation might come about when mixing on an analogue desk. Depending on an analogue desk’s architecture, a source might pass through several transformers, op‑amps or valves on its journey between the channel input and the speakers, and each can have an effect on the sound.
The Bottom Line. 8GB is plenty of RAM for beginners and entry-level users learning the basics. 8GB is enough for 5-25 audio tracks with guitars, bass, drums, vocals, MIDI keys with a few plugins, VST’s and effects (EQ, compression, delay, reverb, limiter) 16GB would benefit the user for projects with 30-60 audio/MIDI tracks with heavy use of
